I think so... i transfer my emc2 to bittrex its take 999 confirmations...omg...price from 2800sat drop to 2200sat my confirmation still at 350/999... 
now it is a correction, I am holding...I could sell at 3500sat and buy now, buy no regrets I hope we are going back
