is this card going to work with adwords? If yes then I would like to make sure... will this card work if I add this card immediately after account creation or need to wait like 3-6 days before setting up this card on AdWords account?

Is this card FULLY accepted on PayPal? When I verify PayPal with this card then I'll be allowed to verify my bingads account with this PayPal?
