I’m a bit puzzled by this project and here’re the reasons why.
After s small research I’ve found out vagueness about projects team and to be more particular about its CEO Taras Semenov.   
First of all we’ve checked CarTaxi entity which was declared being working since 2016 within Russian market.
Indeed there’s such entity based in Saint-Petersburg (registered number 7838032941, established 10.02.2015). Website https://cartaxi24.ru/contact

But the following below is quite perplexing for me. After a bit more detailed research we’d found out: 

1. There’s no such person named Taras Semenov neither executive managing nor possessing stake in this particular entity.

What will be the answer for that?
Furthermore,
 
2. The main economic activity type stated in constituent documents is referring to “Real estate exploiting management for fees”. 

3. In a past few years entity had shown negative economic results, mean loss, which is stated in official documents.
