No need for apologies I just wanted to get it right. After downloading the new 1.1.0 I installed it and upgraded from version 1.0.8 to the 1.1.0. And upon opening my wallet no seed was needed to update..I am curious as to why not? After reading your post this morning I was expecting to enter my seed but alas that is not the case. Right, that makes perfect sense. I was under the impression you were trying to migrate from Paymetheus to Decrediton. In that case, you'd have to enter the seed if you have one since it's the first time you're running Decrediton. If you're just upgrading to a new version, there's no need to do that again. All you'd have to do is install the new release you downloaded.
