I am wondering, the people who scammed a ton of ETH using ths ICO as a cover ... What happens to them ? Are the addresses flagged ? Are they prosecuted, etc ?? Or is iit just the Wild Wild West. Yoou screw up and nobody is gong to spend time chaasing them down lol ...
