SUPER has 150 000 000 coins overall

  50 000 000 PoW
100 000 000 PoS

chainz says that we have Outstanding 44,143,209 SUPER


Question is: PoS came after PoW so until we have 50 000 000 PoW coins, we shoundt have possibility to generate PoS coins ?

what do you think ....
