As the title says, seller must be in India, as I don't want to pay the 5% fee for international transactions. Price must be competitive with the local bitcoin prices.
Heard that soon there will be launched mobile application which will make it possible to make international transactions with fee less than 5%, refer to Crypterium project. Much more they have interesting token structure
