The team has time to list new coins and tweets but takes no time to inform their users on what is happening with our money.
I realized this a few months ago and that's why I advise all people not to limit themselves to just creating a thread in the bitcointalk forum, there are competent authorities that you can use to solve your problem

I have the same issue. My withdrawal ran out of gas and my eth are missing. This post deserves more views so people avoid being in our situation until support start answering tickets again.
