You can purchase Rise on Bittrex or YoBit, whichever you prefer. Good luck and if you need any help, just ask!
I will definitely go for bittrex as there have been numerous complaints raised about yobit for other coins in the past.

Please kindly explain to me how to buy rise with ethereum on bittrex

On Bittrex, Rise is only available for BTC trades. So you will first have to sell your ETH for BTC on Bittrex, then purchase Rise with those BTC.

Thank you very much, I just bought few rise now. I will like to know the benefits of storing my rise in rise wallet. Does it increase like the way bitcoin stored in blockchain.info increase or not?
