It's weird because this coin has been around.

I wouldn't put it past some large group create a coin, no hype a while ago.

Then now start hyping it when all coins are in control of a very few.

Either nice scam coin where early buyers are now retired as they dump on us.

Or else whales are not selling that much as new whales join us because the secret is out that NEO is going to be huge.

If you have a ton of money then you might be able to make a ton more in NEO if this coin proves to be legit.
