Quick question - I'm trying to move my PAY into MEW but it keeps bouncing back into the Jaxx wallet. All my other Erc20 tokens have been moved no prob and my initial test coin of one PAY did make it so I'm baffled. Where's best place to ask for help?
If the TenX support hasn't helped you at the time of this writing:Maybe you are out of ETH in your sending wallet. Keep an eye on your ETH balance, because you need ETH to transfer ERC20 tokens.
A different solution would be to use your Jaxx wallet recovery key in MEW as a mnemonic phrase key. They are standardized. Then you could send the tokens from one address to another with MEW only, or whatever you want to accomplish.
Crypto rule: software is redundant, your private key is key.
