in my country we have local cryptocurrency exchange to convert bitcoin to local currency since they can withdraw to various local banks and the verification is very easy. as far as i know, local exchange service in various country offer different ways of verification and looks hard
The verification is not hard if you are official citizen of the country, you have all the documents that's needed for the verification, they only thing you need to do is to take a photo of them, and upload it to your local exchange.
Some people maybe get bothered by the complication of verifying in their local exchange, but rest assured, it's for the safety of users.
