Has the ICO ban in china not hit Red Pulse?
Red Pulse is based in Hong Kong so the ban doesn't affect it. They did delay the ICO because of the ban but that was probably because the timing was so close it could have damaged their prospects with the ICO. Good job they did cos after the original china news everyone was on a right downer.
