thanks! Logged out of my wallet, logged back in and the transaction worked. However, even though the transaction has been completed, the ENJ tokens are still not showing on my wallet. I am also using the link provided on Enjin's how to participate guide (
https://enjincoin.io/account/) to check my balance, but I get the following message "We could not find the Ethereum account you requested.". Transaction was made over 3 hours ago from MEW. Is there a different way to check balance? has everyone received their tokens right away or did it take a few hours? Thanks!
I got them almost instantly. Did you verify the correct address, there are several scam addresses out there.
Did you check your address on Etherscan... could just be a wallet issue.
