ICO will begin on October 14. ICO Pre-sale is live at the moment with 10% bonus. A minimum of 170 ETH or 12BTC are accepted during presale. ICO proper does start 14 Oct and is scheduled to run for a month - but there is a hard cap at $100 million, so it may end much sooner.
Also there's an early bird 5% bonus if you purchase on first day of the ICO... so if you do want to buy in, then Oct 14 is the day to do it
