Thats assuming it goes x100 and everything else stays as is. Judging by the trajectory the entire cryptocurrency market has been on, it is reasonable to think a coin like WTC could go 100x in the next few years and still barely be in the Top 10. BTC, LTC, ETH, etc will all grow as well (just not the same multiples as the smaller coins). Good projects will rise to the top, while the true shitcoins will drift lower and disappear from existence (or be eliminated all together by future government regulations).
