I recently starting looking into terracoin, and I stumbled upon this thread. Read the whole thing. Amazing stuff. I really like the direction this coin is going, and
everything this coin represents. Clockuniverse is clearly extremely dedicated to terracoin, and the following that has grown as a result is incredible. It gives me
high hopes for terracoin! I'm in it for the long run.

It looks like soon there will be a new, powerful pump and there are many signs pointing to it. Sell orders on cryptopia now 450+ thousand and so few coins in the sale was not for several months (a week ago it was 700-800 thousand!). If we draw an analogy with the whale holding the price not so long ago - his 2 million coins were absorbed by the market at a price 0,00003+ total 60+ BTC. If you now redeem the warrants for 60 of BTC - the price increase by almost 10 times! Draw your own conclusions!!! 
If they would just take their wallet out of maintenance it would be nice. I know a lot of people want to set up masternodes but their TRC is stuck in Cryptopia. I bet a lot of the accounts on Cryptopia start to drop once that happens. I see a bright future for us!!

Since some people are holding TRC without doing anything, this is not a good thing to the ecosystem.
A healthy system is that the shares are in the hand of people with ability and action.
Think about how this will work in the real world. A company with shares. When the company needs to grow, they do SPO and offer the shares/option as some incentive.
If we do not do SPO, to protect the existing investors. We can raise money to buy back the shares and then use these shares to pay development services.
So I think a voting system is good for the TRC or any other similar systems to grow.

We implemented decentralized governance just for this reason. Now anyone who owns a masternode can put in a proposal for budgetary funds for their projects. This will attract a lot of people to the coin and since the first proposal I am going to put in is for team pay, it will also attract people to the Terracoin Team.
