Edit: How are there KICK tokens available on EtherDelta if they are frozen? How did they get deposited to the exchange? Or do they?

Angel investors 30,000,000 KC, frozen until October 1st 2017, 12:00 Moscow time
Pre-ICO 60,000,000 KC, frozen until October 7th 2017, 12:00 Moscow time
ICO 600,000,000 KC, frozen until October 15th 2017, 12:00 Moscow time
I wonder why Angel investors even start to sell their tokens. They were the very first ones to get theirs, not sure why they sell at the first moment possible. On the other hand, it's not high volume yet, so we'll see.
It would be cool though to see the price of 0.001btc after unfreezing of all tokens
