Since you don't get shaft for holding shaft I don't think that's exactly minting, looks like it's similar to NEO- GAS system

Profits will be distributed in SHF or BTC. The important thing to remember is that only tokens would be eligible for receiving operating profits. To receive tokens you will need SHAFT coins. Profit on 1 SRS token = (15% x profit of service)/ circulating amount of SRS tokens. More SHAFTS = More Tokens = More Profits

Awesome. As far as I understand tokens work like Shares in traditional companies? That is awesome: I can mine and sell, I can keep SHAFTS and earn tokens, I can keep tokens and earn more profits. WOW.
