Hi all,
I'm kind of a newbie in the crypto-currencies world, but quite fascinated in fact...
I started to create my own portfolio of currencies (small one, 2500 to start), where BTC represents 20%, and LTC 35% (and some loss, right now :-( )
So, I wonder if I should not trade some of my LTC for BTC
Or buy more BTC if we think it should raise and hold my LTC...
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Olivier
PS : sorry for any languages mistakes, english is not my first language
I'm not sure that selling Litecoin for a loss is such a good idea. I can see selling a bad coin for a loss if you realize you made a mistake but I don't think Litecoin is a bad coin. Generally I wouldn't sell with a loss.
If you want to do that, I recommend that you wait for a time when Bitcoin is down and Litecoin is up. I also don't see a problem holding both Bitcoins and Litecoins long term. They are probably both going to make you money. It just remains to be seen which one does better long term.
