Can anyone help me with how voting works. I did my 101 votes 4 weeks ago but have received nothing. 4 lisk have been taken from my wallet for the voting but is there another step?
You don't need to do something more. Just wait for profit. Also you can check your current balance on some pools:

It also depends on the number of coins you vote with. If its too small, it could take a while before you get any rewards

You only need to vote once as far as I know, unless you want to change the delegate you are voting for.
