It will be really interesting to see how REAL does after token release. Only 11m USD marketcap so there is defintely good room for growth. However with only 11m how much will they be able to invesrt in real estate?
Real estate doesnt need to be grand hotels and resort complexes, with 11 million dollars you could go out and buy 100 small apartments in a student area and make a killer yeild
It might not be enough though because it still too small if you want to be a part of the real state. It might take a lot of investors to raise their funds before they could finish their ICO project.
