Raise a support ticket. They said it was orphaned withdrawl (it left my exchange wallet but didnt leave their bucket.) They had to manually send me the ETH and I got it this morning.
How long did you have to wait for support? I have raised a ticket over 24h ago but apart from an instant response about congestion happening, probably by a bot, it had no reaction.
