I have all the old files, passwords, etc. What is the way to properly re-install the wallet and using backup files to restore the access to my wallet?
see previous pages. Basically copy the wallet.dat under your %appdata% folder if you are using Windows. Make sure copies. Try to reinstall and replace it with copied wallet.dat. The dat file is very import. Do not lose it!
Thanks, now i'm in the proccess, my wallet is synchronizing at the moment. I can't yet see my coins, but the address the wallet is showing, the right address.
