Your situation is very unfortunate but i have tried to see whether the funds was able to send at all , check your transaction history and see if there was any transaction, I am beginning to suspect that you were hacked because you were unable to get access to the initial email of the account. Be patient for a while because the owner has been very busy recently.

A page back he had said that there's no transaction history/log of 1.3 BTC withdrawal, also kolloh said it needed to be credited manually by alex. he wasn't hacked lol, bentcrypto be patient you'll get your BTC back.
