"Current value 4 cents"... Where did you get that from? On the site of Dimcoin it says that DimTokens are worth $1 and Dimcoins are worth $0.01. You're asking 19% and 29% respectively more?
guys, if you don't know about the project, please don't judge anybody. look at their whitepaper (https://www.dimcoin.io/DIMCOIN-whitepaper.pdf) page 40. the price of dimcoin is depending on the funds they raised. They raised above 14000000 million, so one dimcoin is 0.04 dollar.
