The first 66,666,666 GAT Coins will be priced at US$0.20 each, the second 66,666,667 GAT Coins will be priced at US$0.30 each, and the final 66,666,667 GAT Coins will be priced at US$0.40 each.

Purchases of GAT Coin will be payable in ETH. The USD:ETH exchange rate will be fixed the day prior to each sale round (the first sale begins on October 28).
