this transaction has 390 confirmations on block explorer but it shows in my electrum wallet still as unconfirmed and it shows 0. and than total balance

what is there to do this is like that since 3 days
I cant send any transactions and i cant receive transactions on this electrum wallet
will this straighten out itself or is there anything i can do
Have you checked your connection to electrum servers? In some cases, there is a lag (but usually only a few blocks).
Try changing the server to which you connect.
