I think of this too. Regardless on what china on the about bitcoin. I read many articles on google about this prediction. And maybe there possible chances that this would happen. I have friends too that tells me about this magic on september. And I think this is the right time to buy bitcoin or altcoins.

If so many people are decided to follow this prediction and creating so many demands for bitcoin then it could be possible, but however no one could predict, who knows if bunch of whale trying to pump the bitcoin at september. still have a big chance to happen.
