Hello, The Telegram link is working perfectly. Please use browsers like firefox and chrome. Here's the link:
https://t.me/finshicapital FINS tokens will hit exchanges when the ICO closes. However, the FinShi Capital team can't disclose the names of exchanges just yet due to Non-Disclosure Agreements.
First dividend will be paid when the fund is fully operational. You'd have to give the team some time to get everything up and running. So It'd be between now ~ Q1 2018.
