I read you need at least 20 XRP to activate an account.
So 1 Ripple giveaway makes no sense: you should at least give 21 XRP.
Probably 21 Ripple is too much; you better switch to a coin that mekes sense.
Use Bitfinex and you can get a Ripple wallet + destination tag and you can get paid less than 20 XRP without any trouble.
The only issue is the FAQ says DT is not yet supported but I emailed them and they told me it should be there soon, let's hope so.
