How do you send coins from wallet? the instructions are not easy to follow.

 transfer             transfer [ ... ] [-p payment_id] [-f fee] - Transfer ,... to ,... , respectively. is the number of transactions yours is indistinguishable from (from 0 to maximum available)

What is payment_id?

So:
transfer 0 "recipient address" "Amount"  - does not work, says wrong address so address one is my address? 

Is address 1 my address? Wallet 2 the recipient?
