Propy, the global property and decentralized securities registry, today announced the world's first real estate transaction in the distributed public blockchain network - Ethereum. TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington remotely purchased a $ 60,000 apartment in Kiev, arranged through smart contracts and in cryptomonedas of Ethereum and PRO (Propy), marking the first cryptononeda transaction in Ukraine and the first transfer of real assets through the blockchain.
