Monero (XMR) and Zcash (zec) are both looking pretty stable and trending up, can't go wrong with either.  Ubiq (UBQ) also fairly stable with solid upside potential.

You can also add a little extra income via CPU with either Verium (VRM) or Monero.  VRM runs the cpu a little harder, but Monero doesn't seem to put a huge load on the cpu at all.
