Participated in 5 ICOs. Every one of them of them eventually ended up trading below ICO price. I was able to recognize when the falls were about to happen and exited from the ones that failed to deliver what was promised or had some other concerning things going on. Also, I buy the dips. Those that didn't fail me, I still hold tokens and look forward to using the service once it's fully operational. So, they were all profitable to me.
