Personally i think that litecoin is probably going to cool down a bit. The hype surrounding SW has pushed price up a lot, and I think that we may see litecoin drop down below 0.01 BTC soon when the hype dies down.

If you want to accumulate, my personal opinion is don't accumulate now. Wait till litecoin drops to around 7-8th place in terms of market capitalization and then buy as much as possible. Since nobody is talking about LTC when that happens, you should be able to get a much better deal on your coins.
