The time to buy was two weeks ago.
But, I think there's plenty of room for this to run. In my opinion its undervalued right now. Of course, I'm just some guy on the internet with thousands of XLM.
Two weeks ago the price was 360 Sats in a downtrend like everything else, 2 days ago the price was 275 and 24 hours ago 282, so I think the time was even yesterday, but I think the same as you, it has plenty of room yet since there is a ICO based on this one (Mobius).
