I'm going to be updating this thread with a Q&A session soon but first I thought I would answer "why a presale"

4 years ago I set up my own business in the UK which was a specialist international corporate relocation provider.  We expanded in to the Middle East two years ago and from there found our niche - working with small and start up tech companies and helping them expand in to the region.  While being based in Kuwait we were dealing with most of the GCC countries, but as of early this year it became apparent that Dubai was going to provide the best opportunities for the companies that we were working with.  So we came over to Dubai in July and started the process for setting up a company.  What I found though was that if we were simply to set up a consulting company we would still face the problem of having to find investment for these startups.  Over the last few months from July until now we have instead been working on setting up a venture fund for the region which will provide early stage financial support for these companies.  At the moment our team is all business and venture related but we work closely with external development teams that are on standby to create our token and help us get the necessary development done for the ICO raise.  The pre sale will give us funds to be able to engage this team, finalize our company registration as a venture fund instead of a consulting firm, expand our own team and improve our marketing budget to ensure a successful ICO.  Throughout the pre ICO and ICO process we will then have a staged handover from the external tech team to our own internal development team

The pre sale has the biggest discount because it has the most risk but we wanted to mitigate that risk as much as possible.  So we have full escrow on the pre sale, as detailed above, we will also provide contracts both for the escrow amount and for the equity investment in the company, and we will be setting aside 5% equity for our early stage investors to share.  We are looking for investors at this stage that we can work with to build a successful company, and that's why I made the decision to connect with the community so early in the process and use your feedback and input to help grow a more relevant and influential business
