launch wallet, even if it not synchronizing you will have a address.
Start, generate, it will say - you are offline and closed. Start again, go to Receive tab and copy wallet. When wallet update will be released you will get your coins on windows.
howyou can use your coins if wallet still will be onffline?
You can use them when the wallet gets online at a later date (with an update), since you'll use the same wallet keys.
