It appears the times are in UTC.

1.) Can you confirm that?

2.) Can you put this info on the web page itself? (maybe like a footnote: All times are in UTC)

3.) How about displaying in human friendly local timezone? Like for example http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/ and other web sites do.
