While in general I agree with this...The time frames I think may be a bit much.  If in reference to all coins, not just tokens.  8 months to post before you release a coin...Little much imo.  I've seen great coins go from conception to market in much less time and also I guess this depends what you mean by "shitcoin".  If u mean a coin that is going to be widely accepted and used...The ANN thread will reduce down to 5 coins a year, and that's stretching it.

I agree some steps to protect people would be ok, but this may be a little too much.  A lot of these coins are driving the market in various degrees.  By your definition, we wouldn't have a DOGE.  Ya its a shit coin I suppose, but widely accepted and traded.

In general, its up yo us for the most part to do our own due diligence.
