Does anyone know what the prerequisites are to get on the Binance voting system?

I am quite confident that the XEM community is about 10 to 100 times more capable of passing it than the other coins that have been.

In fact Im surprised Binance doesnt just list XEM?

Anyone have any insight as to the matter would be appreciated ^_^

EDIT I honestly just want them on binance because thats the exchange im using lately and want to accumulate XEM from it But it would be nice all around.
