I understand your position. However, I lost all enthusiasm for your proposal when I realized it was impossible to implement. In particular, it is not possible to sign transactions over to unknown specific parties ahead of time.

Given the vague details, I may try to figure out how it is possible to do what you are talking about with testnet3 scripts, but it is not currently a high priority for me. If the new scripts "do the impossible", they may actually be a security risk.
