Jack has said when writing the whitepaper that they had the SEC in mind to try and be as compliant as possible, but i get ya with the burn, thats why they also left it open in the whitepaper to make changes if necessary, the question is if it comes down to it, keep the burn and hope those decentralized exchanges hit real soon and hit big, or hope binance comes along and list mgo, or do you remove the burn to get listed if decided thats what holding mgo back from not being a security if its determined it is, im sure people would be divided on this only time will tell i guess.
