Hey everyone, so I have not been active here for a bit, because I had been busy with planing on how the new site should look and what we would like to accomplish. Besides that there had been also a few other things to do.
I don't know if all of you have followed the news lately, but a few websites have been using a script so that the visitors mine XMR. I had a look into this and I had been thinking about giving it a try as soon we have the new website.
What does the script do? It uses about 20 to 30% of your CPU in order to mine XMR.
What is the benefit? If it is fully working, we can reduce the amount of ads or remove them completely. You can play on the site without getting being annoyed with ads
I think it would be pretty cool, because if the next images for the website will look the same way as the login, it would be a shame to cover them with ads.

But why to remove the ads if using ads + mining generates more income for you?
Or is ads income so worthless that you don't want it?
I will reduce the ads amount in the case a miner is active. Sure, I would would have a higher income but a website cluttered with ads is not very nice. Before all this, the images need to be done and the website created
