After filling out the form and pressing the SUBMIT button nothing happens. The wheel is rounding now for more than 10 minutes and I am not able to see the Script Hash...
They sent another email reveal the Script Hash, and tell us that the form can be filled later. Actually MUST be filled later.
I got the tokens in my wallet already. Good luck guys.
