I must disagree with the gun regulation bit. Background checks are far different from a gun registry. Gun registries open up a Pandora's box of potential government confiscation and widespread legal threats. Background checks are simply being prudent with gun sales.

Other than that, it is a solid summary, even if it is a pipe dream.
