The satoshi he won is just sufficient just only for the miners fee which you wont really able to withdraw any funds since they do have set a minimum amount to withdraw+miners fee then those 52k satoshi of yours wont really be enough. Just click the link if you do like to be enlighten. 
Not true, minimum withdraw on freebitcoin is 30k satoshis. withdrawal/tx fee on freebitcoin depends on how faster you need it, auto withdraw has no fee and is sent on every sunday, instant withdrawal however would cost ~32k satoshis.
