I would like to rebuy strat but i wonder if i should wait for the BTC fork...then see if strat decrease more...

Real tough call. With the lead developer and CEO stating they are on the verge of releasing multiple technologies, hard to bet against Stratis.
On the other hand a BTC fork is sure to cause volatility.
I am betting they release before the fork and we get a temp moon shot. It is going to be fun!
Yeah, I choose to respect the hard working of Stratis, so IMO they will be stable after this update.
