I doub't about it, 15K is not realistic, even history could not tell what will be the future price of bitcoin is, It does involve updates and upgrades not to mention some usage suppression in some areas and making FUDs, Some altcoins are emerging showing support from some business companies that makes bitcoin facing some sh**ty competitors.
